A FORM OF GRIEF THAT OFTEN GOES UNRECOGNISED
What happens when the people who were supposed to protect you could not or would not? When a parent is emotionally absent, narcissistic, or harmful, the grief that follows is real and has a far-reaching impact. This course helps you give language to that grief. You will learn how to recognise the fantasy of the parent you hoped for, mourn the emotional safety you never received, and take steps toward healing and self-protection.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is open to anyone who grew up with a parent who was emotionally absent, narcissistic, or harmful. It works especially well when completed as part of our Narcissism Series.
It may be particularly relevant if you:

Feel stuck between guilt and anger when thinking about your parent

Are just starting to recognise the emotional impact of your upbringing

Want to move forward but struggle with letting go of hope or loyalty

Are looking to validate your experience and begin healing without shame

You do not need any prior knowledge.
