Is this for me?
You do not need a diagnosis or a perfect explanation.
Many people arrive with a lifetime of being told they were too much, not enough or somehow at fault. Therapy can be a place to understand your mind and your history more accurately.
- You suspect or know you are neurodivergent. Understand patterns that have followed you for years.
- You are recovering from emotional abuse. Untangle a relationship, family or childhood experience.
- You want to be understood clearly. Find insight without judgement, blame or condescension.
Therapy grounded in understanding, not judgement.
