Modules:
Negging and Dog Whistling
Introduces two undermining tactics. Negging involves disguised insults intended to destabilise self-esteem, while dog whistling refers to coded criticism understood only by the target.
Future Faking
Explains how false promises are used to maintain emotional investment. These illusions of future commitment can keep survivors stuck in hope.
DARVO
Breaks down a common defensive reaction: Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender. Explains how this tactic shifts blame and protects the abuser from accountability.
Financial Abuse
