Negging and Dog Whistling
Introduces two undermining tactics. Negging involves disguised insults intended to destabilise self-esteem, while dog whistling refers to coded criticism understood only by the target.

Future Faking
Explains how false promises are used to maintain emotional investment. These illusions of future commitment can keep survivors stuck in hope.

DARVO
Breaks down a common defensive reaction: Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender. Explains how this tactic shifts blame and protects the abuser from accountability.

Financial Abuse
Explores how money and resources are used to exert control through restriction, surveillance, or manipulation, often leading to dependency.

Sexual Coercion
Addresses how coercion can occur within intimate relationships. Highlights how shame and conditioning can make it difficult to recognise.

Word Salad
Describes conversations designed to confuse and exhaust. These often feature deflection, contradiction, or circular reasoning, making meaningful dialogue impossible.

Conclusion
Brings the behaviours together and reflects on their impact, encouraging self-trust and continued learning.
