Bio

You’re probably already dealing with so many other challenges, so choosing someone to help support you can  feel like another complex thing to try and figure out. And yet, choosing the right therapist is crucial as you’ll want to know if you ‘click’ and want to feel sure they understand what you need. That’s why I offer a zoom consultation to help you decide if you want to work with me, to discuss your hopes for therapy and ask any questions before committing further.

You might be navigating anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, low self-worth. You may be struggling with the challenges of parenting, menopause, ADHD, body insecurities or want to overcome the effects of a toxic relationship, and you are wondering how to move forward.

In person-centred therapy, the focus is on you, your experiences, your emotions, your journey. You will be heard, understood, and supported, and together we’ll work to make sense of what’s going on, process the stress and take steps towards your hopes and goals.

Feeling validated, finding meaning and making sense of things with support from someone alongside you, can bring about a lot of relief, peace, healing and growth with so many of life’s struggles, so whatever is happening or has happened that has brought you here, I can provide you with that safe, holding, confidential space to explore this and find that way forward.
