Free Hub community
A private place where you do not have to explain everything.
Join people who understand emotional abuse recovery, trauma, ADHD, autism, parenting and difficult relationships. Community membership is free.
Private community access. No diagnosis needed. No membership fee.
Why join
Being understood can change what happens next.
When your experiences overlap, ordinary advice can miss the point. This community gives you a place to connect with people who recognise the complexity.
Feel less alone
Meet people with lived experience of recovery, neurodiversity and complicated relationships.
Talk without performing
Ask questions, share what is helping and take part at a pace that suits you.
Keep it private
Join a protected member space away from public social media and prying eyes.
How it works
Join now. Look around. Take your time.
Community is the free entry point to The Hub. You can stay at this level or move to a paid plan if you later want calls, courses or coaching.
