Why Take This Course

This course isn’t about ticking boxes or memorising the right phrases. It’s about helping you understand the real experiences of people you work with, and giving you the tools to respond with empathy, curiosity and confidence.

You don’t need any prior knowledge. Just a willingness to think differently, reflect on your own behaviour, and commit to small, meaningful changes.

Whether you’ve felt excluded yourself or want to better support others, this course will help you move from awareness to action in a way that feels genuine and manageable. Because inclusion isn’t just a topic, it’s a practice.
