The Five Main Traits of Narcissistic Personality Disorder – Exploring in depth the 5 main traits in NPD and the difference between covert and overt expressions of those traits.
Understanding Emotional Abuse – Understanding what emotional abuse actually is, the cycle of behaviour used by abusers, the trauma bond and how to break it, who is likely to be a victim and why, the psychological and neurological impact of emotional abuse, as well as the legal position in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
Emotional Abuse Cycle Behaviours Explained – Explore each of the emotional abuse behaviours described in the cycle of abuse, love bombing, bread crumbing, the trauma bond, gaslighting, discard, hoovering and the smear campaign.
Advanced Emotional Abuse Behaviours Explained – Building on the previous course, this course explores more covert or culturally normalised tactics, such as negging, DARVO, financial control and word salad. These modules support the development of strong internal boundaries and self-trust.
Understanding Narcissistic Parents – This course focuses on the lasting impact of growing up with a narcissistic parent. It introduces four parenting styles, the effects on identity and emotional development, and what healing can look like for adult children of narcissistic caregivers.
On completion you will be awarded a certificate with CPD hours displayed.

Exams & accreditation - section iii
All Courses have multiple choice quizzes at the end of the individual course. On completion of all courses (both certificate and diploma) you will be required to submit a reflective exercise to demonstrate your awareness and understanding of the material.
