This course helps you understand and build boundaries from the ground up. If you were raised in an environment where your needs were ignored or punished, boundaries may feel unsafe or selfish. Through eight clear and supportive modules, you will explore the different types of boundaries, why they matter, and how to set them in ways that feel respectful and real.
You will be guided to notice the signs that a boundary is needed, manage guilt or fear when asserting yourself, and learn how boundaries support deeper, safer relationships. The course also covers how to hold boundaries with toxic parents, and how to live with boundaries in everyday life.
Boundaries are not rejection. They are self-respect in action. And you are allowed to have them.
