Course Description
When you grow up in a narcissistic family system, your identity often becomes shaped around survival. You adapt, perform, and lose touch with your inner self.
Rebuilding Identity & Self-Concept is a practical and compassionate guide to finding yourself again, not the version others expected you to be, but the version that has always been there beneath the roles and expectations.
Through eight focused modules, you will explore what identity means after narcissistic abuse and how to reconnect with your voice, values, creativity, and choices. The course supports you in moving from survival mode into a life that is shaped by intention, curiosity, and autonomy.
