Imposter Syndrome is the internal barrier; Assertiveness is the external skill set.
Imposter Syndrome in Women Leaders:
From Self-Doubt to Self-Belief.
Understand the behavioural loop that keeps Imposter Syndrome going, and leave with practical, evidence-based tools that change how you show up at work.
It’s not a confidence issue, it’s a behavioural one, which means it can be unlearned.
For Women Who:
Feel like they’re about to be ‘found out’.
Over Prepare, Over Work & Over Explain
Have difficulty accepting praise
What we’ll cover:

- The behavioural loop – why we keep believing ourselves
- How to change the behaviour using evidence based tools
Tool 1: Evidence engineering
Tool 2: Reducing safety behaviours
Tool 3: Credibility Script
A simple one-week practice plan
Assertiveness for Women Leaders:
Boundaries, Clarity, & Calm Authority.
Practical, workplace-specific language and behaviours to speak up, disagree, and set limits without over-apologising, over-explaining, or burning bridges.
Speaking assertively isn’t about being combative, it’s about being clear. We will show you the difference.
For Women Who:
Over Explain, Over Justify, Ask Permission
Avoid disagreement to avoid being ‘bossy’
Agree when they want to disagree.
What we’ll cover:
The “assertiveness triangle”: clarity, respect, boundaries (or similar simple model)
Boundaries in practice: saying no, saying yes with conditions, buying time
Requests that land: asking for support/resources, clarity, timelines
Disagreeing professionally: challenging ideas without attacking people
Handling pushback: broken-record technique, calm repetition, naming tactics (briefly)
Difficult conversations with direct reports/peers/senior stakeholders
Reducing apology/justification habits (behavioural substitution, not shame)
